Email

Email is probably the prefered method of contact and the quickest way to get a response (other than a phone call). Im working flat out on your orders all day every day 6 days week and check emails regularly.If you do email me for whatever reason you should recieve a response at least within the same day if not within a few hours of recieving it. Do allow 12 - 18 hours for a response though (24 - 48 hours if you email me over a weekend).

If you really really need to speak to someone about some questions you have or have questions about your order / payment method feel free to call me any time Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm EST (North American Eastern Standard Time). I am unavailable for telephone conversation during the weekend or before 10am / after 4pm. Please only call if you really feel the need to. The more calls I get means the less time to do everything else.. So please remember this.

Who to make mail-in payments payable to
If you are making paymeng via mail-in methods please make your check/cheque payable to CMD WORLDWIDE, not Jennyvision. Any payments payable to Jennyvision will be returned to you.

U.S Money Order Payments
Remember send the Pink/Orange international Money orders not the U.S Green Money orders (which are only cashable in the U.S). U.S Checks are fine. just remember to make your payments payable to CMD Worldwide and not Jennyvision.
